Small but nice – the residents’ parking deck in Kiel-Mettenhof

On behalf of the Erlangen-based ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Gruppe, dip is building a new turnkey parking deck with two parking levels for 79 car parking spaces in Kiel-Mettenhof. The parking spaces are rented exclusively to residents. Public parking is not provided.

The corner plot has not been used since 2014 and lies fallow. Until August 2021, the area in Mettenhof will be breathed back into life and the parking situation will be improved.
