Our car parks are not limited by a rigid modular system, instead we tailor them to the individual property and our customer’s needs. In many cases, the flexible dip layout is able to accommodate significantly more parking spaces than conventional systems, which are restricted by parking space dimensions. The flexible dip modular system meets all the requirements of future-proof car parks. The system is designed for a planned useful life of at least 50 years. Its low cost of maintenance ensures reliable planning and maximum returns.
The tried and tested dip deck and numerous possible parking space widths are at the heart of our car parks. No one knows what dimensions tomorrow’s cars will have – the dip deck keeps you flexible, so you do not have to limit yourself to any one mould today. Wider parking spaces and driving lanes make parking safer and more convenient. The dip deck does require no coatings or joint sealing – which avoids any time-consuming, expensive maintenance, or renovations down the road – a key advantage when considering the total lifetime costs.

Every centimetre counts – even more convenience thanks to the dip deck
In addition to parking spaces with standard dimensions, we can also easily create parking spaces with larger dimensions. Parking spaces with a width of up to 2.75 m give every class of car significantly more room to park and make getting in and out of the parking spaces safe and convenient. With lanes as wide as 7 m, cars do not need to manoeuvre when pulling in and out of parking spaces.
Another convenience is the dip deck’s noise reducing surface, which keeps car traffic noise and slippage to a minimum.
Economically sustainable – the future is now
The monolithic dip deck is the only coating-free construction system for car park decks. The surface’s special design is also flat and homogeneous, even without a coating.
Unlike prefabricated decks, the dip deck is free of joint sealing and coatings – a key advantage eliminating any need for complex mortar joint renovations. This saves costs and makes the dip deck a long-term economical solution – not lastly because renovation work often leads to car park downtime and, as a result, lost income.

Studies by automobile associations and universities have shown that even today parking spaces in many car parks can only be used to a limited extent by current car models – even if the car parks are built in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines. Luxury car or SUV drivers are not the only ones who have trouble manoeuvring or getting in and out of their cars. Even the compact cars of today are much wider than in the past. As a result, car parks with narrow parking spaces and lanes become problematic for their operators due to high costs associated with damaged vehicles. At the same time, income is lost as customers look for parking alternatives.

Our steel constructions offer numerous advantages – one being no supports in the parking area, which makes for easier parking. The dip construction system reduces the car park footprint while also offering more parking spaces. Whenever it makes sense, we design the car park from the outset to allow for future expansion (e.g. an extra storey or annex) and account for later requirements. At the same time, we think through every detail: from wheelchair-accessible entrances to women’s parking spaces with video surveillance up to and including concealed drainage lines, façade greenery, or open traffic areas that permit seepage. Charging stations for electric cars can also be integrated easily. As the general contractor, we are responsible for deadlines, costs and, all coordination.
