Esprit lofts Metzingen

In 2005, dip built nine exclusive lofts as two-level apartments with a rooftop terrace in Metzingen. Steel sheet cassettes were used for the façade creating a high-quality building addition featuring extensive glass surfaces.

An additional storey was added to the attic level while the existing construction handled the load transfer.

Both the access balcony and other balconies are galvanised. A special coating ensures that the steel construction meets the F30 fire protection class.
