Düsseldorf International Airport depot

Deutsche Industrie- und Parkhausbau only needed five months from the placing of the order to the turnkey handover of the new depot at Düsseldorf International Airport.

The building consists of a maintenance hall for the airport’s vehicle fleet and an integrated office wing. The building was designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton.

While the ceiling of the office wing is made of pre-stressed prefabricated concrete ceiling elements with regard to sound insulation, the ceiling construction of the hall consists of prefabricated concrete trusses with profiled sheets. A foil roof made of PVC roofing membranes completes the functional building completed in 2007.
