dip built a turnkey multi-storey car park with approx. 186 parking spaces in composite steel construction in Hamburg.
The car park is an open car park with a sophisticated floor plan and 4 parking levels. Vehicles can reach the ground floor of the parking garage directly from the bus depot via an entrance and exit. Access on foot is ensured via the staircase integrated to the east.
The 4-storey car park has open outer sides in the western area and a front facade with point-fixed laminated safety glass elements in the eastern area. The other facades consist of large-format HPL panels. The upper floor in the parking area is used as an open deck and is not covered. The ramp building, on the other hand, is completely covered and greened. Stairwells are led over the open deck and are also covered.
