EWB Esslingen car park am Neckar
The EWB residents’ car park is an essential part of the new “Wohnen am Wasser” quarter. To compensate for the parking spaces lost due to the construction of 94 apartments on the former parking lot, a modern neighborhood garage with over 220 parking spaces was created before the start of the residential project.
The facade with sandwich elements and noise protection lamellas on the north and west side reliably protects the surrounding residential buildings from noise.
On the south and east facades, slats with perforated sheet metal cladding create an eye-catcher.
