Car park Wallstrasse in Stade
This modern and friendly split-level car park was built in the middle of the historic old town of Stade. Customers of the neighboring commercial building and visitors to the old town will find a total of over 600 user-friendly parking spaces in the multi-storey car park and on the adjacent parking deck.
In addition to the standard parking spaces with 2.50 m, a large number of family and XL parking spaces with 3.00 or 3.10 m width are available. Bicycle parking spaces are also provided, as are separate spaces for scooters and motorcycles. From the outside, the multi-storey car park impresses with its clinker brick facade appropriate to the old town.
The multi-storey car park is directly connected to the neighboring commercial building “Am Pferdemarkt” by covered pedestrian bridges.
The building site required a complex pile foundation on 289 piles.
Construction started in April 2018, and the first 50% of the parking spaces were handed over to the client in mid-December. The complete car park and the parking deck went into operation on March 28, 2019.
