Customer orientation
The structure of the owners of industrial buildings is increasingly changing. Until recently, the owners of the production sites were mainly manufacturing companies. Today, an increasing number of professional investors become owners of such a real estate. This also leads to a change in the requirements for the buildings themselves: extremely short time for construction and flexible use. We use this know-how and complement it with ideas and inspiration. We also work together with customers and architects to develop a conclusive concept from the very beginning.
Responsibility
As a general contractor we take the responsibility for all services offered to our customers: from the planning stage until the end of the warranty period.
This gives our customers the advantage of communicating with just one partner. Deadline, cost and coordination risks lie with us.
Progressive thinking – a rewarding investment in the long run
Economy – today, economical, high quality and long lasting buildings are obligatory. We therefore consider all costs and use aspects for our concept during the consultation phase already – including support of economical production processes for modular extension options.
Speed – Deutsche Industrie- und Parkhausbau guarantees short times for construction as well as keeping deadlines. For example, we managed a turnkey handover of a project with 7,700 m2 of production and 3,500 m2 of office space after just seven months.
Construction quality – wherever possible we use approved construction systems with a solid quality standard. At the same time we use all possibilities of individual design. We find business advantages through a high level of functionality. We also create architecture that provides functional buildings with distinctive aesthetic quality.
Flexibility – a broad range of modern building materials enables us to realize even unusual ideas and designs. Like, for example, new architectural layouts with high value. Or production sites with large span and a relatively low number of supports. This additional space allows for flexible design and simple restructuring of production processes.
